How it started
Hawthorn Leather Company was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a deep respect for traditional leatherworking techniques. What began as a pursuit of quality over convenience quickly grew into a commitment to creating timeless, hard-wearing goods that stand the test of time.
Entirely self-taught, I honed my skills through years of dedication, drawing inspiration from the leathercrafting community and the rich heritage of British manufacturing. Every product is made by hand in my Bishop Auckland workshop, using the finest materials sourced from world-renowned tanneries. With a focus on durability, functionality, and understated elegance, Hawthorn Leather Company is built on the belief that well-made things should last a lifetime.
